dkwin Terms and Conditions
Please read the following terms carefully before using this platform. By opening an account or using any service on dkwin, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms and conditions.

1 General Provisions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the dkwin platform and all services connected to it. This document serves as a legal agreement between you ("User") and dkwin ("Platform").
dkwin is an online betting and casino platform that provides sports betting, live casino, slots and other gaming services for Bangladeshi users. By using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to fully comply with these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions have been prepared in English and are intended for Bangladeshi users. In the event of any ambiguity, the English version shall be considered final.
2 Account Registration
To register on dkwin, you must meet the following requirements:
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- You must be a resident of Bangladesh.
- You must have a valid mobile number and email address.
- Each individual may open only one account. If the same person holds multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.
- You must register with accurate and complete information. Providing false information will result in account cancellation.
- The user is solely responsible for the username and password provided at the time of registration.
2.1 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your password secure. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to dkwin support immediately. You will be held responsible for any activity carried out from your account.
3 Account Verification
dkwin reserves the right to verify your identity at any time, especially before processing a withdrawal request. Any one or more of the following documents may be requested for verification:
- National ID card (NID) or passport.
- A recent mobile banking statement in the user's name.
- Any government-issued document as proof of address.
If verification documents are not provided within the specified time, the withdrawal process will remain on hold. Repeated submission of false information may result in permanent account closure.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit amount on dkwin is ৳300. Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. In the event of a technical issue, please contact support with proof.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay). Successful requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
The withdrawal process may be put on hold if account verification has not been completed or if there is suspicion of a terms violation. Withdrawal requests made after depositing into an account without any betting or gaming activity may be declined.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
dkwin offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:
- Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000. A 15x wagering requirement must be completed before the bonus amount can be withdrawn.
- Weekly Reload Offer: 30% bonus on eligible deposits, up to ৳8,000, with 18x wagering.
- Slot Adventure Bonus: 50% of deposit on slot games, up to ৳10,000, with 20x wagering.
- Cricket Offer: 40% of deposit on cricket bets, up to ৳12,000, with 15x wagering.
- Birthday Reward: Available once a year for verified account holders, up to ৳2,000, with 10x wagering.
- Refer a Friend Promotion: Up to ৳3,000 per successful referral, with 12x wagering.
5.1 General Bonus Terms
A bonus is never direct cash — it cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met. dkwin reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer. Attempts to claim the same bonus more than once will be detected by the system and the associated account may be subject to action. Two bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
6 Betting and Gaming Rules
dkwin offers sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games and other gaming categories. The following general rules apply to each category:
6.1 Sports Betting
- The rules for accepting and settling bets may vary depending on the type of sport and the event.
- If a match is cancelled or postponed, the bet amount will be refunded.
- If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, dkwin reserves the right to void that bet.
- In a multi-bet, if even one selection loses, the entire bet is considered lost.
6.2 Casino and Slots
- The outcome of all games is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
- If the connection is lost during a game, the result of that round will be saved on the server and can be viewed later.
- The RTP (Return to Player) rate for each game is set according to the game provider's data.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dkwin platform. Engaging in them may result in account cancellation as well as legal action:
- Using false information or another person's identity when creating an account.
- Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
- Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
- Playing games using bots, automated software or artificial means.
- Strategic betting with the intention of bypassing bonus terms.
- Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts.
- Attempting to access another user's account.
- Filing fraudulent chargeback claims against the platform.
8 Account Suspension and Closure
dkwin reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause in these terms and conditions.
- Detection of fraud or suspicious activity.
- Failure to cooperate with the verification process.
- An order from a court or relevant authority.
Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. If the wagering requirements for a bonus have not been met at the time of closure, that bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
9 Limitation of Liability
dkwin provides the platform on an "as is" basis. dkwin shall not be liable for the following:
- Service disruptions caused by third-party network or technical issues.
- Faults with the user's own device or internet connection.
- Consequences of a user sharing their account details with others.
- Temporary service interruptions due to cyberattacks or unexpected technical failures.
dkwin reserves the right to correct any amount incorrectly credited or deducted due to a technical error.
10 Privacy Policy
How your personal information is collected, stored and used is described in detail in our Privacy Policy. By registering on dkwin, you also consent to that policy.
dkwin keeps your information secure through SSL encryption and other security measures. Your personal data will never be sold to third parties — however, information may be shared with authorities where required by law.
11 Responsible Gaming
dkwin believes that sports and gaming are for entertainment — they should not be seen as a source of income. We encourage our users to play responsibly.
